Founded in 1983 in San Diego, CA, Strata Equity Group, Inc. continues to operate as a privately held real estate investment company with holdings across the United States. The organization began by acquiring land, securing entitlements and preparing it for development. In the decades since, the company has further diversified its platform and holdings to include an income-property division that targets select multi-family, commercial and mixed-use properties.

LAND DEVELOPMENT

We are viewed as an important supplier of buildable land to national home builders and commercial developers. MULTI-FAMILY

We own, operate and oversee the performance of income-producing residential properties and ensure that real estate investments achieve the expected results by providing asset and property management expertise.

COMMERCIAL

We own, operate and oversee the performance of income-producing commercial properties (shopping malls, retail centers, industrial warehouses, offices, self-storage, etc.). Our success is measured in improved cash flow through service to tenants, cost containment, and superior maintenance programs to preserve asset value.
